Title: Locate command not working

Hi guys, I am in fuss here trying to get my "LOCATE" command to work. After sending the locate message from my friends phone I get a confirmation txt back saying "locate command has been successfully issued, please wait until the position data arrives", I got nothing after that waited for hours. I lost my phone trying to find, please any help will be appreciated.

P.S. my phone is rooted(Samsung i9300)

Similar situation:

When I click Locate in Avast Antivirus Premium it says "No locations have been uploaded...". I have Avast mobile Premium on my Samsung GS3, fully configured and rooted.
