Title: EasyPass license not listed in account

I purchased EasyPass this last summer and saved my license number. My laptop has been dying, so I just built a PC and installed all my Avast! software. I can install EasyPass and even log in to sync my data, but the license does not show up in my "my.avast.com" account. Why is this? Is there some way I can manually register the license number I already own, since I know it's valid?

Hi, I have the same problem. I'm not sure that it's a real problem but it shoulb be easier to manage all the licences from "my account" page.
Anybody can help ?

Maybe I should contact Avast by mail ? Is it worth to do ?

Did you connect the pc to your avast account and removed the laptop from it?
