Title: Unresponsive Start Key Windows 10 after instillation of Avast

I just got a new laptop and have never had any issues with it. I installed avast pro antivirus and have had trouble with the start key being unresponsive and my computer being slower than normal. I restored my system which removed avast, and haven't had an issue. Any similar problems or ideas on how to fix because i paid for my prescription!?

Did you remove the preinstalled AV before installing Avast?
