Hallo!
Ich habe heute meinen Rechner (Win7) ein neues Software Update für Avast! Free unterzogen. Nach dem Update bootet der PC bis nach dem Windows Symbol und dann kommt nur mehr ein schwarzer Bildschirm und das Mouse-Sysmbol. Weiter komme ich nicht mehr! Hilfe was ist das? Nicht mal im abgesicherten Modus kann ich starten...
Bitte um Info/Hilfe warum das so ist und was ich tun kann!! :'(

- welche Version von Avast ist installiert?
- wg. deinem Betriebssystem? (32/64 Bit? - welcher SP?)
- andere sicherheitsbezogene Software installiert?

Bis jetzt war avast! 2015 a, PC.
BS ist 64Bit. SP kann ich nicht sagen...

Hallo,
du solltest dich von Spybot trennen, da der Echtzeitschutz (Teatimer) mit Avast nicht funktioniert. Spybot ist nicht notwendig, wenn du Avast installiert hast.
1. Download Avast: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe
2. Avast deinstallieren: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=60523.msg552606#msg552606

4. System neu starten.
5. Avast aus Punkt 1 neu installieren.
6. System neu starten.

OK, danke für den Tipp.
Aber wie kann/soll ich das machen wenn ich den PC nicht mehr hochfahren kann bzw. er nicht mehr vollständig/richtig hochfährt? Nicht mal im abgesicherten Modus!?

Aus dem Reatogo-Desktop download beigefügten fixlist.txt auf dem Desktop am gleichen Speicherort wie FRST.exe

Danke für euren Aufwand, leider hat es keine Wirkung gezeigt.
Thanks for your effort guys but there is no normal boot possible. Black Screen.
Mir ist aufgefallen wenn ich Reatogo starte kommt WinXP und dann Reatogo - dort war es mir nicht möglich die 64bit datei zu öffnen. Nur die 32bit Datei.
I regocnized when I'm starting Reatogo that WinXP appears and then Reatogo - at least I wasn't able to start the 64bit file - only the 32bit .exe.

Could you try a startup repair or are you unable to access safe mode ?

i tried all and nothing changes...
I'm not able to access safe mode :/
I'm afraid - I don't want to set up my windows. I have some things in programs which I can't save...

Ist es möglich avast in meiner Lage irgendwie zu deinstallieren? Vielleicht würde das was bringen?
Is it possible to uninstall avast on my pc? Maybe it would help?

Avast has been removed and is no longer present on your computer
Could you run a fresh FRST scan and I will see what else there is

Download the following two programmes to your desktop :
1. Rufus (http://rufus.akeo.ie/)
For 64bit systems
2. Windows 7 64bit RC I will PM the link for this
Insert the USB stick Then run Rufus

Select the ISO file on the desktop via the ISO icon.
Press Start Burn
Insert the USB into the sick computer and start the computer. First ensuring that the system is set to boot from USB

This will verify all windows files required for start

Art the end: Windows Resource Protection didnt find any integrity violations.
So with restart now following problem:
An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

Thanks for the very interesting Website. The boot bcd Problem is gone. But the OS still doesnt starts. :/
