Title: recovering an old device managed
Post by: Francis33 on May 06, 2016, 05:50:11 PM
Hi to all,

After all histories, I've deleted the phone device of my ex-wife: after all, she's away of my life.

So, her phone is running avast anti thief. Yesterday she wanted to change her sim card, without changing her phone number.

Actually she is considered as a robber because the new sim is not reconised by Avast.

In the parameters of Avast anti thief, my phone number is always inside the sms list. Of course, I got the sms sent by the phone but, and that's my question, is it possible to recover in my avast count, the informations of this deleted device: to manage it again?

If yes, how to do?

Thanks for your help,

regards,

Francis

Something you should first discuss with your ex-wife, imo. ;)

It is as it is (or should be) with ex partners, gone is gone.
You only can get the device back to a account by newly connecting the device to a account and that has to be done from the device.

The device is blocked by the enti thief and nothing can be done is my ex-wife does'nt tape in the good code. So With a Skype session, I have seen the screen of the phone and there is no way to get another sms with the good code. My phone number is the friend number to which Avast anti thief sends the sms...

What can I do to solve this issue?

Thanks a lot for any help,

Regards,

Francis
