Title: UNABLE TO SCAN

Hello
After I have performed a scan I get a message' result of last scan'
c:\prog.files\microsoft office\office\...\WW9ASUM.DLL
Result :unable to scan:the stystem cannot read from the specified device.
Any comments please,

That file is part of the Windows Update Web Control.
As explained many times on this board, some files can not be scanned.
Possible reasons:
- They are in use
- They are encrypted
- They are corrupted

Since this is a perfectly legal file, there is nothing to worry about I would say.
