I bought an avast ultimate license and activated it on a windows laptop and a android phone but when i go online to my.avast it says no subscriptions?Is this normal?

I am having the exact same issue - I purchased Ultimate Multi-Device, but my Avast account shows no subscriptions. I have activated it on several devices and logged the software in to my account, but no subscriptions show.

Since you purchased your license through a reseller, it will unfortunately not be displayed in your Avast account.
