I was just checking my log viewer, and found in the warning part, this message, Sign of"multi:Gtp-D[expl]" has been found in "C:\DOCUM, what if anything do i need to do now, because last night i got a virus alert, and the only option i got was to delete it, it wouldent let me move it to the vault. Thanks in advance, Dee

The impossibility to move to Chest could due to limited Chest size (you can increase it into avast settings) or file in use (then you should use avast boot time scanning, scheduling it).

Thanks for the input, but can you tell me what to do about it been in the warnings section, do i need to delete it from there, or leave it, thanks, Dee.

What? The infected file? Manage it on boot time, sending to Chest is safer than to direct deleting it. After that, we can go further to be sure you're clean.
If you referring for entry in the log file, let it there, it won't harm.
