 >:(  the down load did not complete for the upgrade to avast pro.   I will cancel the payment if it the down load is not resolved

just try again and possibly download the new package from the website itself....

threatning here in the forum is not a solution tho

There are many different links on the download page too, try a different mirror, or try a different package altogether.  I'm sure that you'll find one that works.
