Title: Is this website now offline?

Dear Forum,

A friend told me to have a look at www.insultmonger.com (http://www.insultmonger.com) for a laugh. But the website won't load.

Is this website down?

It would appear so, I cannot successfully ping the site:

I would however, use caution around this site, it could be down because of it's bad reputation for malware:

I know MyWot is not exactly the best place for site 'references' but HpHosts have identified it as bad...
