it keeps sayin access is denied.... what do i do? it wont let me move it, delete, repair or anything. *sigh*
and how do i know what the best thing to do for each virus is? ???

system restore might be your problem, what is your o.s.

Turn off system restore and do a full scan, reboot and another scan.

1. Click Start, Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the System icon. The System Properties dialog box appears.
NOTE: If the System icon is not visible, click "View all Control Panel options" to display it.
3. Click the Performance tab, and then click File System.
4. Click the Troubleshooting tab, and then check Disable System Restore.
5. Click OK. Click Yes, when you are prompted to restart Windows.
Safe mode restart, continiously pressing f8 during reboot

???now it doesnt even show up on there.... i disabled the system restore restarted it, then i did the scan like i did before... and it doesnt even show up. i despise computers right now.

will it not show up till i do the second reboot then another scan? blahhh... i really do appreciate your help.

Don't hate your computer. ;D When you disabled System Restore, that automatically cleared out all the files in the hidden folder including the virus. The scan that was done after that, just confirmed that your system is now clean. ;D ;D
Don't forget to re-enable system restore, if you normally use it and, create a fresh restore point.
