Title: Avast! Internet Security blocking program

I use an internet chat relay program for my business and I have to keep reinstalling it because Avast says that it is a virus I don't get the option to ignore or verify that this program is ok.  I need help badly, this is really frustrating me. :'( :(

Are you getting a popup or is the with a scan?  What exactly is the virus?  What is the name of the file and location?  A screen shot would also help.
