Title: Avast 7.0.1456 Vista 32 BSOD aswSnx.sys
Post by: doomer on July 18, 2012, 08:50:39 PM
Hello. I've just had my first bsod after using Avast free for many years. This has happened after recently updating to the 7.0.1456 version. I have been a happy avast user, but I was surprised by this bsod.

Furthermore, I have disabled all real-time shields and any real-time protection so this makes the crash even more confusing.

The minidump says that the crash is most likely caused by aswSnx.sys.

I have just sent the minidump file to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/

Thank you for your help.
