Title: Wiederkehrender Virus oder Fehlalarm?

Hi zusammen,

habe seit gestern Abend, nach einem Avast update, alle 2-5 Minuten die Warnung auf meinem Schirm, dass ein und dieselbe Datei in den Container verschoben wurde --> zweimal Malware und einmal Trojaner

Der Fundort ist C:\Windows\Installer\{...}\U

Suche ich diesen Ort selbst, existiert dort kein Ordner mit dem Namen "Installer". Avast selbst findet beim Scan auch keine Gerfahrenquellen auf meinem Laptop.

Wäre super, könnte mir wer Hilfestellung leisten.

Hallo und Willkommen im Forum! :)

Zuerst noch ein paar ergänzende Fragen:
- Welches avast!? (Free/Pro/IS)
- Welche Version?
- Welches Betriebssystem? (32/64 Bit? - welcher SP?)
- Andere sicherheitsbezogene Software installiert?
Der Ordner "Installer" ist ein versteckter Ordner, kann man in den Ansicht-Optionen einstellen, daß versteckte Ordner und Dateien angezeigt werden. Oder im Explorer einfach "C:\Windows\Installer" eingeben.
Ein Screenshot von der avast-Meldung wäre auch ganz gut.

also ich benutze

Avast! Free Antivirus
Programmversion: 120725-0
Anzahl der Definitionen: 3.546

Windows 7, 64Bit, SP1

Neben Avast hatte ich gestern Abend kurzzeitig Spybot drauf, der aber keine Bedrohungen gefunden hatte und demnach wieder deaktiviert wurde.

Leider kann ich eine Warnung nicht als Bild posten, weil die drei unmittelbar hintereinander auftreten und ich für die erste zu langsam bin.(oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Warnungen aus avast auszulesen?)

Soll ich alle dort genannten nacheinander Schritte durchführen oder jeden einzeln und dann erstmal das Ergebnis posten?

Bitte MBAM, OTL und aswMBR ausführen und dann die Logs hier posten.
Falls du weitere Fragen hast, sag' Bescheid.

Hey, ich hoffe, dass ich es jetzt hinbekommen habe. Bekomme nur noch die Warnung vom Trojaner momentan, also schonmal ein ganz großes Danke!!! Hier mal die Logs, hoffe das ist alles so richtig und ihr könnt damit was anfangen, weil ich wirklich Null Ahnung habe, was mir das sagen soll...

Kleine Anmerkung: Habe versehentlich den ersten Log vom Mbam gelöscht und deswegen gerade eben erneut laufen lassen(hoffe die reihenfolge ist egal, ansonsten lass ich das nochmal in der richtigen Reihenfolge laufen)

Das geht soweit in Ordnung.
Sobald die Analyse deiner Logs durchgeführt wurde, meldet sich ein Malware Experte bei dir. :)

Run OTL
dann

Download and Install Combofix
 
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop
 
* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. mein Rechner läuft seit dem Fix mit OLT ohne Warnungen, habe trotzdem den letzten Schritt noch durchgeführt. Musste danach einmal kurz neustarten, aber scheint nun wieder alles im Reinen zu sein :)

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems 

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean  :thumbsup:

A good workman always cleans up after himself so..The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset  System Restore points:

Run OTLRemove ComboFix

Run OTL and hit the cleanup button.  It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself. 

We will now confirm that your hidden files are set to that, as some of the tools I use will change that

Just got everything done :)
Your information to get the problem fixed were easy to understand. Even a person like me having no understanding of how everything works(I'm the dumbest assumable user) was able to get everything done.
