Title: Unable to Make Updated B.A.R.T. 3 on CD or CD-RW, Now Must Do on DVD!

Tried everything under the sun, but it won't record on any of my previous erased CD-RWs or even a new CD-R. The only way to get to record on any of my Windows 7 machines is on a blank DVD (haven't tried it with a DVD-RW).

This may be the fault of my ISO burner program, as a different one did allow me to burn it on a CD!
