I'm using avast free antivirus 7 in windows 7 64 Bit SP1. It happened when I installed avast free antivirus 7. My pc turns blue screen then restarts when I open grand chase.

I used Norton 360 before avast!.

Version 7.0.1456. Already used the uninstall tool.

OK, please try this...
1. Download avast! Free Antivirus Beta: http://files.avast.com/test5beta/avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe
2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions..!!)
3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

I'M having the same issue. i tried to disable all the shields, put it on gaming mode, and let grand chase bypass sandbox, but i still get bsod. i am currently using MSE until this issue is resolved. AvasT! is what i consider the best free AV out there.

I also tested this on a win 7 32 bit and 64 bit platform the result was..
Win 7 32 bit = BSOD is not encountered
Win 7 64 bit = BSOD is encountered error was CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
