Title: Trojan/malware--at wit's end!

As noted in the subject, I've defeated and dodged many viruses over the years but this on has me beat.  Attached are the logs as requested in the instructions.  OTL didn't send me any extras like it has in the past.  Please help!  b

it only does at first run, so if you had OTL there and run it before ?

> Download ComboFix from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) and save it to your Desktop.

note: ComboFix must be downloaded to your Desktop.

> Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program.

How to disable avast:

Note: Do not forget to turn on this option after the cleaning.



> Run ComboFix. Click on I Agree!
ComboFix will check if there is a newer version of ComboFix available.
Click Yes if prompted to download.

ComboFix will display DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue.

If Recovery Console is not installed, ComboFix will offer download & installation.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to install Recovery Console.
Note:Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running.


> When the tool is finished, it will produce a log report for you. (typical location: C:\ComboFix.txt )
  Attach log reports ( ComboFix.txt) back to topic.


Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

Yes, PC is clean.

If you have no more problems, do the following:


It is necessary to uninstall the ComboFix :

ComboFix /Uninstall Note that there is a space between "  ComboFix  " and "  /Uninstall  " .

Wait for the uninstall process is complete.

Run OTL and hit the CleanUp button.



Enable Avast

All actions complete--thanks for your help Argus you guys are the best!

Is there anything special aside running Avast that I need to do in the future to prevent this or these types of infections?

Just take care of Internet and hold the system updated  :)
