Title: avast wont update definitions

today avast updated and it says I have version 120817-0, but on the main screen its just marked red with the light blue update button, the definition is marked as 120816-0. Is this a glitch?

ok, I have tried to reboot my pc, no luck, so I tried manual update. Its says its already up to date with v 120817-0 but when I press ok it still says I have version 120816-0 really strange

For a repair of avast.

Windows, Add Remove programs, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Change/Remove button from the pop-up window, scroll down to Repair, click next and follow.

wait a minute and reboot
