I have my order form sent to my email address from February of this year. I have double, triple checked my typing. Your system does not recognize my account anymore. Very concerned! Please advise.

I am having the same issue. Was this ever resolved for you?
Got avast back on August 21st, just upgraded to Windows 8.1 and it's no longer compatible, but I can't login to see what my options are for upgrading.

Right click on the avast! system tray, select update > program.
