Dear Experts,
I have similar issue with some other users.
I recently got attacked by "System Recovery" virus. I got it cleaned out by MalWarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware. However now I constantly get Avast Malicious URL Blocked message.
Searching Internet is also very slow.
I attached logs from MWB and OTL here. I downloaded aswMBR but i won't start for me.
Please help !!!

try to run it from safe mode
malware removers are notified. It may take hours before one arrive so be patient

Hi I will need to check out the MBR
- Download RogueKiller (http://www.sur-la-toile.com/RogueKiller/) and save it on your desktop.
- Quit all programs
- Start RogueKiller.exe.
- Wait until Prescan has finished ...
- Click on Scan

- The report has been created on the desktop.
- Click on the Delete button.

Could you confirm that all the files/folders/menus are back to normal - are the alerts still present ?
Download AdwCleaner from here (http://general-changelog-team.fr/en/tools/15-adwcleaner) to your desktop
Run AdwCleaner and select Delete

Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this
On reboot a log will be produced please attach that

Files/folders/menus are back to normal. But the alerts still present but less frequent.
I will run AdwCleaner now and post the log next.

Also opening up websites is quite slow. It's much faster on my other labtop (connect wireless) or ipad.

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

- Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
- Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

- When finished, it shall produce a log for you.

Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

Alert message has not popped up for sometimes now.
However, opening up webpages is still slow.
Once a while there is an ad with voice only playing without any thing displayed on the monitor. I didn't have internet or any application running at the times.

Download the latest version of TDSSKiller from here (http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
- Doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application

- Then click on Change parameters.

- Check the boxes beside Verify Driver Digital Signature and Detect TDLFS file system, then click OK.
- Click the Start Scan button.
- If a suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.

- If malicious objects are found, they will show in the Scan results and offer three (3) options.
- Ensure Cure is selected, then click Continue => Reboot now to finish the cleaning process.
- Get the report by selecting Reports

I tried it twice but TDSSKiller won't start. Should I try to run it in safe mode ?

Yes please, I see you also have an XP partition you could run it from there

It still does not start in safe mode.
How do I boot up in XP ?

Did you know you had an XP partition ?
Could you rename TDSSKiller to svchost please and then try

No I did not know I have XP partition.
I renamed it to svchost in safe mode and standard win7, it still did not start. What's wrong ?

I believe you have an MBR infection, that is why neither TDSSKiller nor aswMBR will run
Could you reboot your computer and immediately press and hold F8
On the menu that appears is there an option "repair my computer"
As I will need to work from the recovery console for this one

I tried "repair my computer" but it hung up twice.
Since I need to pay bills on this computer, I went ahead and did a system recovery from the repair disk I made back in March.
My computer is back to normal now, though I need to install a few applications.
Thanks much for your helps. I really appreciate it.
Any advice on how to keep my computer safe from what just happened to me beside running avast ? I have Avast installed since March at least.
