MCShield vs Panda USB Vaccin or do I need complement at all?
(The reasen for this thread? The discussion here http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=105671.0)

Neither. Follow these steps:
1. Disable Autoruns via Windows Control Panel
2. Immunize your USB stick with Bit Defender USB Immunizer
http://labs.bitdefender.com/projects/usb-immunizer/overview/
Placing a "disable autorun" on your USB stick is a very protective means of securing yourself.

read the pdf.doc in first post here. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=104046.0
and read the posts by dr_bora the one that created MCShield

Mayflower, the MCShield is interactive and use heuristics. The drawback could be false positive detections.
Panda uses immunization and must be "applied" to each new USB drive you insert.
