Hello,
Today I was trying to get access to the internet at the University of Florida using an ethernet cable.
Doing so i was prompted to download Avast before being able to log in.
So i download and installed the program on my macbook pro and tried opening the internet, and it sent me to another screen saying that i needed to get an upgrade for avast before i could proceed to using the internet.
During this time i noticed i was unable to adjust the volume on my macbook, so I tried to restart my computer and i was even unable to do so, so i had to force shut it down.
After forcing shut down i tried turning my mac back on and it went to the grey apple screen then went to the blue screen and would not load further.
I have tried the fsck reboot multiple times and nothing is working,
I am in desperate need of help,
all of my notes for class or on this computer and I have a test that i need to study for as well as a paper to be writing.
