Title: Trojan Horse
Post by: 1stDragon on September 27, 2012, 04:32:42 PM
I am having a big issue with Trojan Horse Generic28.BZDH which seems to mutates .....15.BIVV and AVG Anti Virus reports them as being located in   c:\users\r\AppData\Local\Temp  and provides multiple files ie  DWHE6DE.tmp, DWH357D.tmp.  I have Norton and AVG both to delete these files but they constantly return and I have also ran MalWare Byte but it does not find anything. I am running 7 on a Toshiba Satellite A215 laptop.

never install Multiple Antivirus programs as this will make your computer slower, give you mysterious windows errors, and false postitive detections

so you need to uninstall one and then run the vendors removal tool to clear any leftover files that may conflict
you find the tool for the one you uninstall here  http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/
