Title: Exchange Shield not showing or protecting on Exchange 2003 server

Since going from Avast SBC to Avast SOA and deploying to our clustered file servers (x2) the Exchange Shield is not showing in the real-time shields, it is configured and enabled in the SOA.  Likewise there are no stats for Exchange Shield in the SOA summary so can only assume it is not running.

I have added the licence file from the subscription page on the server and selected 'avast! File Server Security & avast! Email Server Security' which is valid until August 2013, however on the confirmation dialog is only shows 'Product name: avast! File Server Security' - is this the problem?  Once applied the avast product shows as File Server Security.
