Like your post is above mine.

I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to see the posters questions.

I take it you mean when someone quotes a message their reply can appear before the quote? It's up to the person who replies if they start the text before or after the quote.

I thought the questions showed up before the answers.  Now I see the answers before I see the questions.

I changed a couple things in my preferences yesterday so maybe that's why I'm seeing the answers before the questions.  Now I don't remember where I  found my preferences.   ???

Changing things without knowing what the effect might be isn't advised, be that forum settings or program or operating system settings. More so if you change multiple things at once as you lose track of what you changed, so you don't know which is responsible for any unexpected effect so you can reverse it.

It sounds like you have reversed the Forum Profile > Look and Layout > display order and checked the 'Show most recent posts at the top.' option.

I just changed it so now I see the questions first.

You mean you just changed it back as unchecked is the default setting.

Changing things without knowing their effects is like
pulling the trigger on a loaded gun while pointing the barrel of the gun to your face
so you can watch what happens.
Both can have very unpleasant effects.
When in doubt, leave the default settings alone. They are, in most instances, the best choice.

Hi avila,

You can click on your profile, then summary, click on show posts and that will show the topics you've posted in and you can read all of your posts.  :)  Also, after you've posted something it will take you back to the forums page so just look for the thread and the topic you posted in.  :)

I know, but I also enjoy mucking around with the settings. It is kind of fun! :)

Since the comment wasn't really directed at you (but the user 2 above Bob's post and directly responding below it), but someone who was having issues having changed the settings.

Since?

Since?
The reply was not directed at you therefore your comment makes no sense. It actually takes the remark out of
context since it wasn't directed at you or any one else except the person asking the question.
