Title: How to reinstall Webrep for Chrome?

I uninstalled Webrep from the browser instead of Avast and now I can't reinstall it anymore. I tried uninstalling it from Avast, restart browser, reinstall, restart browser and I even tried reinstalling it from the file but Chrome won't allow me to do that. How am I going to reinstall it if this won't work?
