Title: Auto Sand Box broken

I have free v. 7.0.1473 and everytime I try to run a program named windows 7 start orb changer it keeps trying to sandbox it even though I have it listed in the excluded list. It is also listed in avast 5 ini so why would it keep trying to sand box it?
