Title: Trojan Horse everytime I turn on my computer!

I just got a used computer and everytime I turn it on I get a blocked Trojan Horse. Anyone know how I stop this and find out how this is happening? Good thing I put avast on it the first day! This happened when I uninstalled all the old programs on it.

and what does the avast warning pop up say.....a screenshot would help!
