Title: Chat Room Malware/Viruses
Post by: VFN on November 22, 2012, 03:11:55 AM
Do chat rooms make you more vulnerable to malware/viruses? I'm not referring to clicking a link in the chat room. I read that it can because it opens ports of your pc.

Thanks as always.

Chat rooms are no more prone to giving you a virus than anywhere else on the internet.Be careful of what you click on, and be very very careful of the information you give out.
