Title: internet explorer script error

After starting up Avast, I check the box to "Don't show this window next time" on the simple user interface window, I recieve a internet explorer script error.  Please Help.  I would include a screenshot of my problem but for some reason I can't seem to attach my jpg file.  Sorry.
