HELLLLLLP!! I ran the scan and followed the instructions it gave. It was unable to do anything with one of the infected files, so i renamed it i think but dont know what. Now nothing will load. All of my messengers and programs on my puter are gone. MY LIFE IS GONE!!! Computer says it cant locate such and such .exe file. What the heck do I do. I use this for work and for my life! Please email me at becky2ks@aol.com as I am not sure if Ill be able to find this again. Please someone help me fast! I need my life back. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :'(

the exact trojan-name and the full path and complete filename of the infected file(s) would be helpful...also: what WIN do you have ?
But the crystal ball says you should first try
