Need a little help if possible.
We are running Avast! Endpoint Protection Suite in our company environment. I have an end user working on a program called PhraseExpander from Nagarsoft. The problem is, Avast reads this program as a blacklist item and kills the program while she is working in it several times a day. I looked in the web portal Small Office Administration panel as well as the local client for where I could white list this program and or program data files so that it would stop this, but was not able to find anything. I double checked the Admin guide and found nothing definitive either. Googling it produces nothing also. Can anyone assist with where I can find these settings and or a "how-to"? It would be greatly appreciated.
