Title: Firewall turned off

Fire wall in my antivirus shows to be turned off and when i try to turn on it prompts that the firewall is not available. I do not know what to do to turn it on.
Please help me.

hey and welcome to the forum.

are you using avast internet security? if so try a repiar of avast and see if that could help.

start-control panel- add/remove programs.

from there scroll down to avast, hit the uninstall button. then a screen should popup there you choice the option repair.

did it solve your problem?

if not try a clean installation from scratch.
