I keep getting messages about an unknown file called etilqs_Q0fOFcZFKylAfwt in my "C:\Users\myfolder\AppData\Local\Temp\" folder. Any idea what this file is and should I remove it or what?    ???

What is/was the message ?

What is the file type .exe as this would look like a folder name otherwise ?
