The UK PC magazine PC Pro (issue 221, March 2013)  has made glowing comments about Avast! free.

PC Pro has dated its issues two months ahead of actual for squillions of years.  It's a very good quality and interesting magazine.  Shame that the glowing comments are not available on the web.  They might be visible after the April 2013 issue comes out early in February 2013.
