hi.. so i have a llittle problem, i have a new computer it's an HP omni 120-1112la, it had some problems to start so i decided to restore to fabric condition. i had a license till 2038 with avast but the computer came with it so i dont know which email use to recover my license and now it only says that i have norton for 60 days, i dont know what to do, how do i recover my license if i dont know the email? when i first turn on the computer it was working with avast.. what should i do? please i need help.

There is no legal license beyond 3 years, ever!

if your new computer came with a license till 2038 I can tell you now that would have been a cracked license key as the maximum licensing period is 3 years.

You need to download a new clean version of avast and install it after first removing your cracked version and Norton.

k thanks.. before i restored the computer it said "expiration date: 2038" and i was like wow awesome.. but my question is who craked that or i dont know like the 1st time we turn on the computer that was what ut had so i dont know i'm confused

Most cracked / hacked versions have been created with embedded code, maybe for spying, maybe for infection or keylogging (who? hacker, organised crime, terrorists!)   avast! will disable them as soon as they know they exist.  When purchasing the software from avast!, you know you are getting a clean version!  J.R.
