Title: How do i use the sandbox

I am new to using avast and have no clue how to use it. When i go to use sandbox settings it asks for a password which i don't know. can anyone help me? Also how do i know if i have a virus on my computer?

run a quick scan with avast....
if you see some files that can not be scanned.....it is normal and does not mean they are infected
avast is just telling you it could not scan them and the reason why
