As of late Cnet is getting more and more negative comments as a result of their bundling an use of their own installer for a good many downloads. I suggest that AVAST provide users a choice of cites to use in obtaining it's products and better still make the downloads available from it's own cite. I currently use the FREE version and am very happy with it. I suggest it's use to others, but they get turned off when they are directed to Cnet for the download. I have to tell them it can be obtained from other cites. I have been told they don;t trust products that would even think of using Cnet any longer and are switching from those products. I think this is a tad over reaction but thought ya might want to think about all of this.
Thanks

When you do the download from Cnet's Download.com site, you wind up with the following:

You'll notice, there is no Download Manager just the straight download of avast!
I personally always get it directly from Avast:
Direct download of avast! Free (http://www.avast.com/download-thank-you.php?src=http%3A%2F%2Ffiles.avast.com%2Fiavs5x%2Fsetup_av_free.exe&product=FA-AVAST&page=download-software&locale=en-ww&avast=0)

Worst the screenshots they display are a mixture of the free V.7 and for closed beta version.
