Post by: sun2k on February 13, 2013, 05:26:54 PM
Hello,

Why when I run my program, the sandbox said: Prevalence of files / reputation is weak?

1. You're talking about the AutoSandbox. ;)
2. It means, what it says.

Explanations??

Only a few users part of the community have the file  ;)
You have to wait that more users use it then its reputation will grow isn't it ?

Question : Is it possible to submit file to be whitelisted to accelerate the process ?

As I said, as just a few users are using it ATM, it's suspicious so it's autosandboxed (see my post above).

Not sure what I should explain here..!??
But you can turn this option off in the ASB settings, if you don't want/like it.

Off course and they have to be part of the CommunityIQ (but by default every one is part of it unless you disable it in the options).

They just have to execute it. (correct?)
1. More people will use it (execution etc etc ...)
2. Bigger its reputation will be
3. And then it will be placed automatically to the safe files in the cloud

I have one last question:

When my program is run by several people, is that the message "Prevalence of files / reputation is low" disappear in my pc or any pc's?

I am surprised. the reputation is done by the name of the program and not its contained?

No, the name has very little to do with that.

I don't know, I didn't program it. ;)

Hmmm, my experience is that a program has more success if the name is always the same, but that's up to you.

I don't think so. Like I said you need more users but isn't Avast able to "whitelist" things manually ?
