- Sometimes the VPN connection seems to "hang". Simply restarting the VPN connection solves it. Is this a server problem ?
- Why not keeping the old VPN profile when choosing a new one ? It would make changing between profiles much easier and faster.

Yes, we are aware of the issue with hanged VPN sessions. It happens also on my device. I believe it's a server problem.
People don't know much about profiles in general and we are a little bit afraid to install more of them. We might introduce advanced features for power userd which would install per location profiles.
