Title: Difference between antivirus for server and for desktop

Greetings,

I would like to know the difference between an antivirus for server and an antivirus for desktop. How do they operate?What are the benefits/drawbacks of each? Is it possible to have an antivirus on the desktops and an antivirus on the servers at the same time? It is for professionnal use.
