Hoi ..

Ik heb zojuist Avast Internet Security Gekocht en online betaald.
Ik kreeg een email met een hele rare tekst, hier alleen gekopieerd dat van toepassing is:

Besteld aantal: 1
Bedrag: ****
Licentiesleutel:
Het licentiebestand bestaat niet

Hoe moet ik nu mijn Avast 7 (2013)  Activeren zonder bestand ?

Dit is niet handig van Avast, Wat nu ? :-\
