Title: Result of scan

I just downloaded, installed, and ran this program. It says 1380 lines listed. They are all unable to scan. Most say in the result column "unable to scan:Ar...", and some say"unable to scan:ZI..." What am I supposed to do with them? Repair doesn't light up.

You should be able to see the reason they weren't scanned, for the most part these will be because they are either encrypted or password protected. Since avast doesn't know the password or encryption method it can't check them.

Give a few examples (not all 1380 ;D) of the path to the files that can't be scanned.

That is all that shows up. I don't know how to view anything more.

Without the reason they couldn't be scanned it is difficult to say if the reason is legit.

Do you recognise any of the programs (listed as being in your Programs Files folder) as having been installed by you?

A google search for DownloadServiceListener returns 100 hits, so you can try to identify the program and possible reason it was installed.

Google is your friend.
