Title: anti theft problem

Hi
I had installed anti theft on mobile, I replaced SIM card and entered pin. Then I returned my original SIM card but the previous phone number was saved in remote control on Internet. I re-installed avast but now I can't add my device on "devices". What's the problem? Last time it was very simple but now when I click on Add device - android, it shows me the download page, but I already have installed avast on computer and mobile phone.

Hi,

Try unpair your device and the avast! account. It is the communication issue.

I did that and problem is still there. Now I have 0 devices and when I want to add new device, select android I have been redirected to avast download page. I dont understand what is the problem.

Hi,

By default, clicking at the Add new devices will open download page. You don't need to add a new device, since the app will do it automatically as soon as you install it.

Please reinstall both AMS & Anti-Theft and check if it helps.
