Hi,
I recently changed my avast account password and I can't re-connect to my account. I get the message "web service is temporarily unavailable...". I use mountain lion with the latest version of avast for mac.
Is it a known issue ? Is it really server side only ?
It worked perfectly before.

I suppose you have to disconnect your account and reconnect it again from avast! Preferences> Miscellaneous. Seems rather obvious that if you changed your password it's not able to connect to your account with the old password.

thanks for your answer. I did already tried with the new password when I asked the question, as you said it is obvious. Apparently it was a temporarily issue server side. I tried 10 hours later and it worked !
