Title: Compatibility problem with Dreamweaver
Post by: darrenbrett on March 02, 2005, 09:37:50 PM
Hi. I installed Avast Home 4 today and since then have not been able to connect to the Internet with Dreamweaver. I have Mcafe- could that be causing a problem between the two? I do not have Zone Alarm. I completely deleted Avast and yet  it has changed something so that I can't access the Internet via Dreamweaver at all- and yet my IE and Firefox browsers work fine. Please help. I can't do a system restore because I would lose vital programs I recently downloaded. Thanks.

Welcome  8)
Are you using McAfee and avast at the same time in the same computer?
I can't help you that much as I never used Dreamweaver but you can search avast forum for the word Dreamweaver.
