Title: avast! 8 Free version Definitions issues

I have avast! 8 Free version installed and according to avast! I have the updated signatures.

But then when I check the avast! account, it says:

Definitions Version:    130307-0 (available 130313-0)


Is this just the avast! account not being updated properly or am I missing anything?

its updated every 60 minutes.

its updated every 60 minutes.

Actually the free version checks for updates every 240 minutes unless the defaults have been changed to the minimum of 120 minutes.

" Soulfear " you could try a repair then reboot, wait for avast to automatically check for it's updates after booting and see if that rectifies the out of sync Def's.

Did a repair and seems to be fixed.
