Title: Does it work with AOL?

My next door neighbors use America On Line ::)  even though I have tried to get them to change to a real Internet Service Provider instead.  

Could Avast 4.1 protect their email?

Avast mail scanner cannot protect email service provided by AOL. They would have to create a mailbox on some public mail server that allows SMTP/POP access.
