Title: Picture Keeper isn't a virus... HELP!!
Post by: Lisa_Louise on March 23, 2013, 01:36:43 PM
Hi,   I have just bought a brand new Picture keeper see here for info... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200822736857?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

I plugged it into my USB port, AutoPlay opened the folder to view pictures as advised, then I clicked the Launch Picture Keeper file as advised but as soon as I did that Avast popped up in red saying this was a virus so I click the very bottom link to exclude it from being scanned or something and now the file has disappeared and no way of adding my pictures to the picture keeper!

Can someone please help to get this back and why did Avast think this was a virus??!

I need this ASAP!  Thank you
