Title: Do I need virus cleaner?

I have avast home version 4. Do  I also need to install your virus cleaner? I am running windows ME.

No, running the Home edition gives you full security.

The virus-cleaner is just a small utulity to repair/heal from most common virusses and trojans. > but only after you have been infected.

There is no need to use it "beforehand".

In the new Avast home edition they improved the "healing" from virusses and trojans alot.

So the use of the small viruscleaning is not needed anymore...maybe only if the shit really hits the fan, and the Home edition is unable to interact.
